By using the AEPS Smart Ledger Chrome Extension or Mobile App, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Service Description

AEPS Smart Ledger provides a digital bookkeeping and automation tool for AEPS (Aadhaar Enabled Payment System) agents. Our services include transaction auto-tracking, cloud synchronization, and automated receipt generation.

2. User Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to use the tool for any fraudulent or illegal financial activities.
• You must ensure that you have the necessary permissions from your customers to record their transaction details for bookkeeping purposes.

3. License & Usage

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our tools.

4. Data Accuracy

While our tool uses advanced automation to capture transaction details, we do not guarantee 100% accuracy in every scenario (e.g., during extreme internet instability). You are advised to periodically verify your digital ledger against your bank/portal statements.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our infrastructure or other users.

6. Limitation of Liability

AEPS Smart Ledger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
